RBC Aerostructures Growing Its Oconee County Operations

Columbia, S.C. – RBC Aerostructures, a provider of control rods and precision machined parts to aerospace and defense customers, is expanding its existing Oconee County operations. The company’s $3.8 million investment is expected to create 22 new jobs over the next five years.

RBC Aerostructures is an international manufacturer and marketer of highly-engineered control rods, swaged tubes and precision-machined parts integral to the operation of fixed and rotary-winged aircraft systems. Its parent company, RBC Bearings Incorporated (NASDAQ: ROLL), has broadened its market reach with 36 manufacturing facilities in six countries.

Located at 123 Commerce Way in Westminster, S.C., the company will be expanding its existing manufacturing facility by 13,500 square feet and will also be adding new equipment.
